Advice regarding defunct host
Hi there. About a year ago I registered the domain name Intekh.co.uk from a host called Purplenames. All was great, but when I came to wanting to adjust the nameservers a few weeks back, I found they seem to have shut down. I've sent emails to several of their email addresses, with no reply.

What is the policy with things like this. Can I goto the registrar and get them to change the IPS tag, so I can transfer it to another registrar, and make changes to the nameservers? Or am I pretty much screwed...?

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

choose another provider (registrar).
then sign a "kk-vertrag" (german name) and they will take over the registration of your domain name.

you can even do this if they didnīt agree... if you are the owner of the domain. if you are not, they ****ed you!
