Another question - Internic
I have been trying to get my information changed at NetworkSolutions for at least six months now. I have done the online form. The biggest problem is that my e-mail address changed. Also, I am not a business I do not have stationary. So when I got the letter that they write for you to prove you are you I faxed that to them with my Ohio drivers licence that has my name (the same as the name on the account) and the address (also the same). It has been two weeks and nothing is different and nothing is changed. I have sent a follow up question e-mail referencing my tracking number but to no avail. Still nothing. Any suggestions?

More of a comment than a suggestion, but Internic/NSI sucks the big one. You really should do your domain maintaining with another registrar, such as directnic or register.com, or even webnames.ca. A friend of mine had been trying to transfer a domain to his name for some months before they finally did anything about it, as well as when we switched servers at my job (updating the nameserver listings in the registrant info). Took weeks to finish it.
