Any golf freaks out there?

I've noticed that I've been "living" on the golf course lately. Enough for my wife to mention me about it in a "not so pleasant tone". So gotta cut it back a little...

So any other golf freaks here in DevShed? Handicap ? What you like about a course ? Hole-in-ones ? Other good golf stories ?

Was going to PM you as I noticed you were in Finland

I used to play golf really regularly when I was a teenager in Scotland, played for my county at that level and used to play of 6.

When I went to college I stopped playing really, only a one or two rounds a year. Didn't take it up again after that and sstopped playing completely when I was about 27.

However, I managed to borrow some clubs this week and played a couple of rounds near Helsinki. I may have got the "bug" again.

Nothing to dramatic, played to about 17 handicap, but hit a few long drives, 270M+, a couple of birdies, that kind of thing. Of course, walking around beautiful countryside when the temperature is about 30 degrees is always bound to be enjoyable

No holes-in-one unfortunately, but that can be a very expensive business
