Well, the first look gives a soft feeling and the general layout seems to be okei. I didn't go through the entire site, but there were a few things that stuck my hurt. First, the frontpage is very long. I mean multible screen heights. Maybe you could try cut it down. Second, the fonts are two big and don't suit the rest of the page. Third, the main links (the big ones) are kinda fuzzy and maybe too techno to suit the rest of the page.

There are also some broken links here are there. In total, not a bad site, but I'd spend some more time with it.
