First of all this is offtopic - this should be posted in either of language forums or in beginning section.
Then, there are pdf functions in php and modules for perl, you also could check out txt2pdf

off topic?

How is it off topic if I am trying to figure out how to do it? The lounge forum description states: Come here to discuss anything that doesn't fit into the other forums. This is a place to relax, talk, and even have some friendly debate. That is what I am doing when I don't know where to begin.

What language you're going to do this in? And if there is no forum for that language, there is beginner forum like Eclipce stated. Lounge is mostly non-programing and non-administrating related.

*sigh*

This thread is over a year old.

I hate it when people post in year old threads.
