Dns times out
I have set up my pc to be web server and dns server for my domain. I can only get my web page by using my ip address in the address bar on browser. Any clues?

It takes a while for DNS changes to "propagate throughout the Internet". Whatever you have defined in the network settings as a DNS server (on the client accessing your web site) probably doesn't know how to resolve your site by domain, yet (assuming the DNS host for your domain set their end up correctly).
