eeprom programmer cannot be recongized by 98 SE?

I have took away modem and leave nothing attached to both com1 & com2, top151 ( eeprom programmer still can' see itself by the system.


i just do not know why?

I'd say you should change those horrible colors before submiting a screen shot! I almost choke and died. I could sue you!

If no modem is detected i'd start by hooking it up.
