Email into database
Hi,
I'm writing a customer support and enquiry system. The emails are customersupport@domain.com, support@domain.com and enquire@domain.com I have full access to server (apache, php, whatever) and to the domain. What I want is for emails sent to that domain to be 'moved' to a database, so it can be read into a php script. I don't actually want them to go anywhere. so the email can be copied (along with other info) into MySql DB and then made to disappear. I was wondering if this is easy to do, and if so, how? Thanks ![]() |

You should post this in the Mail Servers ( http://forums.devshed.com/f37/s ) forum.
Ask about piping | email to scripts. Once you get that sorted out, post in the php forum and we can help you with the script to put the emails in the db (db inboxes) according to the headers... |
