Hi. I have a website and someone is spamming on my forums. The person is on dial up, and I have several different IPs of this person.

How do I do to figure who his ISP is?

There are thousands of whois scripts online, my one is on http://digitalstate.net/private/whois.php and I'm arrangaing to get mirrow ipindex there too some time soon.
