I hope someone will be able to help me with this.
Has anyone ever had a problem reading the less than sign from and xml file? I have Tried using all kinds of charaters: Code:
<, <, %3c and < <dynamicQuiz>
<question text="Question number one is 1 < 2 or is 1 > 2">Question number one is 1 < 2 or is 1 > 2 </question>
</dynamicQuiz> I have tried to escape the charater too using "\". When Flash reads it, it just ends at whatever charaters I put there like the tag has ended. If anyone has come across this before I would appreciate if you would share how you resoled it. Thanks, Steve |

You appear to have already posted this question once before in the Lounge, where it doesn't belong. It also appears that Onslaught gave you an answer:
http://forums.devshed.com/t66016/s.html Please DELETE this thread, then, if Onslaught's suggestion didn't solve your issue, either repost this question in XML or Flash with more details, or ask one of the forum moderators to move it to one of those forums for you. It only helps you more to post your questions in the appropriate forum where people are focused on the subject that you're having trouble with. Posting outside of the appropriate forums only clutters things and makes it harder for people who know how to help you do so. Thanks, Chris |
