Git/SVN - question about best practice?

    Hi,

So i have recently learnt GIT (go me )..

Question is I have a folder on my computer where I store all my projects..

should I have one GIT repository for ALL those projects (i.e. that one folder) or should i have different for each project..

by the way when i say project i mean websites.

Personally, I'd go with 1 git per project.

It would make migration and deletion so much simpler than one huge amorphous blob.

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper
