Import .pst into outlook express

Hello

I have searched for this problem but couldn't find it anywhere. Apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I've got a .pst address book file from MS Outlook and I'm trying to import it into Outlook Express. When I select File>Import>Address Book - it will only accept .wab files. When I try File>Import>Messages - it gives me errors saying "messages cannot be imported from the MAPI client" etc etc.

Please shed some light if you can.

Cheers

As I don't use full Outlook, can you save your address book as
CSV? And then import 'other address book' into Outlook Express?

Thanks for your suggestion Stink Sleeve but I won't be able to change it into a CSV file now because I haven' t got a copy of outlook on my machine, only outlook express. The .pst file was copied ages ago onto a CD.

Is there any other way you can think of for me to change this into a CSV?

Thanks very much for taking the time to help me - much appreciated.

Should've found that myself!

Cheers
