That sounds too good to be true!
Web hosting sold 'crazy Eddie, our prices are unbeliveable style!'

I think that you'll encounter a wary market. People seem to have been condition to belive that if something looks too good to be true, it prob is.

Simple fix? Ensure that there's a very focused effort to demonstrate why you can deliver such low, low prices, ect....

Like a beverly hillbilly's theme!
