Linux Conference Australia
Hey Everyone,
Thought i would just tell you guys about the Linux Conference that happened last week in Australia. They flew in speakers from around the world including Rasmus Lerdorf, Linus Torvalds, Alan Cox, Paul "Rusty" Russell, Andrew Tridgell, Bdale Garbee, the list goes on. The presentations were simply great and I cant wait for next year. The best thing is that its not commercialised at all, the people that develop the technology are talking to you, not some sales rep who knows nothing. More info can be found at linux.conf.au and photos at http://marc.merlins.org/linux/photo...030119_LCA_2003 and http://syntreo.com/lcaphotos/ Last edited by a.koepke : January 27th, 2003 at 08:17 PM. |
