Talking Mandrake Linux version 8...

Well, I sorta want to give the above Linux version a shot...
Maybe one of you guys can help me out with a little problem of mine.

Can you easily install ths Linux version onto a second Harddrive when Win2k is on the first(primary) HDD, Without killing Win2k?

Thanx in advance!

Sheriff

Thanx! (I didn't install nor donwload them yet, but I will!)

Now I get a thick sweater and start getting used to life with the Pinguins, huh?

AFAIK you need LILO. You'll need to boot Linux from LILO in the A drive.
I have been advised to put the mbr (master boot record) on the floppy to boot from the BIOS (if you BIOS is configured to boot from A first (which it should be)) and the kernel on the HDD.

I hope that helps.
