Microsoft to buy Macromedia Flash?
at http://theregister.co.uk/content/4/28667.html there is an acrticle of Microsoft tending to buy Macromedia. The reason is that tey want to merge .net technology with the flash-player.

Do you think this would pose a danger for other scripting languages, like PHP?
