MIT Open Courseware
Looks like they've introduced some software classes. This one is notable to those looking into OO techniques:

I think it's astounding what they are doing, and I hope I/others can find the time to take advantage of the material that will eventually fill this site.

Has anyone actually worked through some of the material in detail and formulated some opinions on some great courses to check out - CS or not?

Please don't rub it in if you actually attended MIT (-:
