monitor problems
I turn my computer off and everythin was fine. Now I turn it on again and red seems to have disappeared. Evrytime there is something red on the screen it goes black or grey, and in Word, Excel etc there is no option to select red from the colour palette???

How old is the monitor? Sounds like the red gun (for lack of a better phase) is out.

whoa... one month and it's messed up already?
Here's some stuff i've learned about monitors: don't turn it on and off too much, mostly within short periods of each other. try not to put things with static near the monitor. keep the room cool my last monitor flickered itself to death... ![]()

check if the cable is plugged in. If only half of it is in the blue pin might be touching but the red pin could not be. Happened to me twice already
