Need to un-distort an audio file

So I have an audio file where the voice has been distorted, and I haven't been able to play with my audio programs to the point where I can undistort it. I have been trying to use Adobe Audition. So basically I'm trying to find someone who may be able to take this file and figure out what it says. It's one word is all I know.

Wasnt sure where to place this, so figured the lounge was as good a place as any. Move accordingly please..

This is for a contest, and should I be able to win, I have no problem paying whomever can do this a decent amount of money..
