Network Problem
This is a weird one. I had to install a new router on a network to allow incoming connections to workstations. All of that works fine, as do the outgoing connections to the internet.
Now the problem. Occasionally the internal network (left side) will lose connectivity to the internal webserver (right side). This lasts for 1-4 minutes, and then comes right back on. While that connection is lost, you can still connect to the rest of the internet without a problem. It is only the internal webserver that you can't connect to. The internal network connects to the webserver using the domain name. The ip addresses of the internal routers are on the same network and subnet. I don't think it is a dns problem because when it happens you can't connect to the internal webserver with an ip address either, and if it were a dns problem, it wouldn't be intermittent. There is nothing wrong with the webserver side of the network either. I can only control the area in blue. No changes whatsoever can be made to the right side of the network Any ideas? Thanks,

Are the ip's static or dynamic.
If dynamic, you may be getting this during a period of ip swapover (lease expired), and it takes a little while for the change to propogate through the network. Just a thought.
