NTL Broadband (UK)

Anyone know if NTL Cable Broadband (via Set-top-box) in the UK is half or full duplex?

Hey 'puter,

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin....t.html#ethernet

I found some relaxing reading on those pages. My bro's got NTL set-top-box but he runs half-duplex because, for some reason (compatibility?) it performs better during QUAKE! BTW, he's using a 3COM combo 10/100 PCI card.

So, yes, I think it is FULL duplex, but there can be some compatibility issues with certain NIC's.

Hope that helps,

Nao
