OO Modelling Software

Maybe it's just me, but I find the whole idea of drawing OO models by hand incredibly tedious and boring. Yet I find I need to describe them, otherwise I get completely lost.

So I wondering if anybody had any ideas for some good modelling software? I know Visio Studio is capable of this, but as I'm not going to be able to purchase it any time soon....

If not software, then any recommended ideas? I need a way to represent relationships, members, inheritance and what-not, with as little fuss as possible. And preferably as easily as possible

I'd write my own software for it, but since I only started decent work in C++ very recently, I'm not even going to try just yet

Anyways, thanks.

Dia is open source and free. I know it works on Linux. Don't know about Windows.

Thanks both of you.

I'll check them out in more detail later. Poseidon looks pretty good, and Dia does have a Win32 port (from first glance).
