Question Professional Insight Request

Hey,
I have worked for the same company for a few years now, and like all other areas of my IT and Computer career, I learned what I know by myself. As a result of this self education I am not always exposed to what is hot and cold in the industry etc... The site and server are totaly maintained and designed by me, and I mean completely, our web and admin team consist of...me. So what I am hoping is that, people who are also in the industry, would be willing to take a look at my site and critique it (please tear it to bits if you feel it needs it.) What I am wondering is:

Is it a professional looking site (as in pro designed)?
Where do you think it is lacking?
What is horrible about it?
What is great about it?
What would you do differently?

The address is:
http://www.allwellco.com

You can also contact me at:
webmaster@allwellco.com

I understand that this may look like a plug for my site, but that really is not my intention. If the moderators feel it is, please feel free to remove this post (not that I need to tell you that, just want it known that I understand.)

Thanks a lot. I am just looking for some professional and outside insight, thanks for any and all help!!!

Mike.

the background on the left menu does not at all show up in mozilla,

check out the picture i've attached to see for your self, used mozillaFB 0.6

after a quick look on your code i recommend that you try to clean it up a bit,
run it through w3.org's validators for html and css validator

and one last thing just on the design
the box with "* Shipping Charges: "
seems a bit out of alignment , would look better if it followed the align ment of the text above,

Thank you so much for your input, I agree with what you say completely. I have wanted to clean up and fix my code for the longest time, but unfortunatly I don't have a lot of time to do that right now, but I will hopefully soon. I'm gonna look into the problem with my code and mozilla, thanks again!!

Mike.

I would suggest putting the "Welcome" section above the "Sales of the Month". It took me a minute to figure out exactly what it is you were selling.

Might want to rename your "Find it Here" link to "Products". Find it here seems like it's more of a search than listing of your products.
