Picture Post System
Hi all, new to the boards (but tis very goooood! )

Anyhow, recetly Ive been thinking about creating my own high-level picture post system ,much like ImageFolio, however id love some user input as to the type of features they'd like, etc.

The enter system will be PHP based on a MySQL backend (hoping to create a postgre version too). A template system etc will also come as standard.

If you have any suggestions (and a name! ) it would be great if you could reply.

Even the smallest thing is great, im looking to build up an impressive spec sheet before I begin...

Well, then, I guess I'd like it to have the features of Gallery but have the option to be SQL based instead of flat-file.

how about the optiion on searching to specify minimum resolutions. I hate looking for a desktop wallpaper (1600x1200) and only finding ones too small

I'd like a comprehensive linked words option so whoever adds the piccy adds words like "horse, field, sun" so that if I'm looking for horses I can specify a word to look for... I really hate horses though, as they scare me so wont be looking that up!

I'd like to seefully customisable views of the gallery including size of thumbnails and information shown, and I don't want it to take more that 10 seconds to load an entire page..
