QTtext WHATS WRONG!?!?!?
hey, im making captions for a movie at work using quiktime's QTtext feature. Everything works except a couple lines. On certain lines, it will display the time code, as if something were wrong...but nothing is. here is a website describing the syntax of the QTtext http://www.webaim.org/howto/caption...ime/quicktime2, maybe having someone else look at it will help me out...
TIA |

ha ha! i got the pic from one of those joke websites that are goin round. made me laugh so i decided to 'borrow' it
As for your problem... the way i read the tutorial you gotta have your first time index as all zeros. Quote:
does that make sense? give it a try and see what happens! ![]() |

ARGH. I just found my problem. I opened it up w/ VI on my linux box and it became clear. There were a bunch of control M's and spaces around the time code. I took them out, and now magically it works! Thanks tho!
-go post in the "rate my avatar" thread! |
