Question about pricing a page

Hello, I made www.maferrealestate.com

It was a project with some people and now I must sell it to other people... you can see the page, its about Real Estate, database driven and has this features... how much can I ask for.... I already know but I want different pouints of view cause prices may change in each country

Features:

All is automatic

User levels

Users can upload their own property with pictures (the system will resize them automaticaly and make thumbnails of it)

Users can use the control panel to change: how many featured properties in main page, set properties as features, create, edit, delete categories. Manage users, change texts like Terms of Service and more.

E-mail from page

Create mailing lists and mail to the contacts

Backup data fromthe page.

and some more.

So I'll apreciate your comments.

Are yout alking about selling that existing site, or just selling the code? If you're selling the code, are you setting it up?

The site as is, I'd ask about $600. I'd ask about $750 to set it up on a new server for another site.

Yes, thank you...

I will sell the page (code) with the DB, hosting, all included but the domain.

I find the best way to price my work is to place a rate by hour. Some professional web hotels, in Finland, asks about 60 € (5,9 dallars/€) per hour done on a web site. Needless to say that a simple site, with perhaps 10 pages and perhaps a feedback form will already cost 2500 € - 3000 €.

If you work alone, with no company and you're just the programmer who makes sure the web site is done, you might need to lower your rates. This varies between people, how would you rate yourself?
