I too own a natural keyboard. Don't know what I would do without one now.

Currently have a wireless optical mouse, but there is a new mouse that I wouldn't mind trying out now that is vertical. Sounds weird but is definately supposed to be better on you.

As far as the eye strain, well I will probably have to start wearing glasses within about a year because of it.

Just to pitch in on keyboards-

IBM Model M-
do a search on ebay for "clicky clicky"- I kid you not. These are from the early 90's. Once you've used one of these tactile keyswitch built-like-a-tank keyboards, all other keyboards seem like flimsy crackerjack toys. You can take the keycaps off the keyboard and rearrange them to say swear words too- what cheapo Microsoft keyboard lets you do that?

I have a spare, but I've had current Model M for 10 years. It shows absolutely no signs of wear.

I've converted a couple folks to them. I fell in love with Model Ms in college. Oh yes, I'm THAT dorky.

Mouse-
Logitech trackballs. Cheap, accurate, and very wrist-friendly, given that you don't move your wrist at all.

Trackballs are a preference thing, but I almost guarantee that if you use a Model M keyboard you'll like it. I'm convinced I type faster on the thing. . .

That keyboard reminds me of one that was on an old IBM XT machine my Mum had when I was little. The keyboard was solid steel and had cork feet. Its was so heavy and solid. You could hear someone typing on it a mile away it was that noisy. I couldn't work on a keyboard that made that much noice. I prefer quiet ones
