Is there any tool that a researcher can summarize what he have read from papers or so ? relate papers ?

It's called language. It is a very neat thing that us humans have. If you want to put it into action, use an even cooler thing called a pen and paper. Oscar Wilde used them, Shakespeare used them, Dr. Munn and Sigmund Freud used them, a lot of smart people used them! Please, be a smart person and use them!

you'll need to categorise and classify and file your research, there's no other way, you can do it with pen and paper, or you can define a schema and store pertinent points in a database so that they're retrievable.
I'd like to think in this day and age there are a number of tools, you'd be best advised to check with someone still involved in the worlds of academia and/or research
