screenshots from dvd....
this is something I've always wondered.. I was trying to take a screenshot from my edward scissorhands dvd for my desktop using printscreen but the image goes black when I close my dvd program.. even though while I save the picture, the scene is on pause on the dvd player.. anyone know how I can take a proper screenshot? I'm using winXP.. I wish my mac had a dvd player

HyperSnap-DX is a pretty good all-round screen capture tool. It works great in games, and their site mentions it's ability to capture from DVD players, so you might wanna give it a try
