My apologies. This is the first vBulletin forum I've posted on. With the other types of forums I've used (UBB and phpBB) [size=10] created a small 10pt font, which is what I had been aiming for.

Needless to say, that is really messed up.

What monitor resolution are you using?

Attached is a screenshot of how I intended it to look. (Mac OS X v10.2.6, Safari 1.0b2, 1024x768).

Interesting that it looks so bad in IE 6. I used fully W3C-compliant code (not a single warning or error).

I took a look at it in Netscape 6.2 and I was able to see it just fine. Looking closer (but quickly) the big difference is the placement of the logo. I see in the stylesheet that you give it a left margin of 11%. Is that necessary? A workaround may be to make the logo as wide as you want the nav menu and then not give it a margin at all. I didn't see how you had your nav and main <div>s styled, if you float them both to the left, then the main will always be flush against the nav no matter how wide the nav <div> is.

Does anyone have a suggestion for what sort of info I should use as ALT text for the thumbnails on the Photo album pages?
