but you did bring up a valid point --- there is no way to contact the admins without being a registered member... and you said admin@developershed.com didn't work?

Exactly!! ... I had this same problem 3 days ago when I edited my email address and couldnt post or reply although I could login auto and get into user cp and change stuff .. the acc got stuck in "awaiting confirmation" mode although I confirmed it a million times... and the webmaster@ and admin@ emails kept bouncing...

I had to do a new reg and contact a mod to forward my dilema to admin .. thnx to drgroove for that ...

Odd, just last night I PMed a mod on freebsdforums.org b/c the confirmation E-mail for another of our devshed bretheren registering there got lost. Beware, the planets are aligned and evil things are happening on forums across the internet.

Yeah it seems that webmaster@devshed.com bounces all recieved mail... and I could not find anything like a contact page... and the the FAQ didn't really say anything that would repair my situation...

yeah.. I guess those are pretty intuitive but my point was that it's really not written anywhere that I could see... but then again I didn't look very far either...

And dont believe I didnt search ... the only way you get an email ad is when you register... if you cant find that reg mail... boom...

In my situation I was able to browse the forums with cookies etc, auto login to cp ,, can see and read everything,, even change preferences... try clicking on a mod to send email, says I do not have permission to access that page..

Maybe they have reason (spambot) not to have addresses lying around, but theres ways to deal with that.
