The best Forum script

Hi all I'm think about adding a forum to my site, but there's so many about, they all have tons of features, and come in either a php or a perl flavour.

My web site does have php and mysql capabilities,

So I was wondering if there is one script that stands out from the rest. I was thinking about using phpBB.

What do you guys think?

phpBB is as good as any - most of the bbs out there have similar features to offer.
