Hey does anyone know of any free but good website stats/reports like webtrends only cheaper?

Or anything that might be close to free?

Slackware/Apache/php/perl/mysql/

if it works with linux(any type) I could prob get it to work on my box.

Do you have anything in mind?

I really like Webalizer. It fits into your price range quite nicely. There's also AWStats -- it too fits into your price range.
