Webmaster Email Account
I am the administrator of several personal domains and a few for organizations I belong to. I currently have the administrative email for those domains and the email from the web hosts going to my university email account, which works just fine.
However, I am going out of state on an internship next semester, and am trying to get all my eamil forwarded to one web-based email account at one of my domains so I can get to it easily.
The problem is, I need an email account that is NOT based on my domain to receive email re: that domain and from the host for that domain. If I have all my school email forwarded to URL, and something happens to mydomain.com at either the web host or domain registrar - it is likely I would never get it.
Ideally, I'd like a service that offers an email address that will store emails AND forward a copy to my mydomain.com address. Does anyone know of a service like this?
I thought about getting a free address, but some of those expire if you don't check them for a while, and I'd rather not have to check another account.
What do the rest of you do for you admin emails? I'd like to hear any suggestions.
