There is a new web masters board on the net and the think I was going to ask - will there be anybody else interested to submit they're buttons & skins for sale, because I'm going to get this site up. Do you think I have a chance?

sorry, i doubt.
the folks that need pre-made skins and buttons usually use tools like Frontpage, NetObjects and such. But these already come with a big set of pre-made layouts, buttons, banners and everything around that.
Also there is 100s of sites on the ´net that offer this for free and the average user will also just "steal" graphics from the ´net for his/her personal homepage...

give it a try anyway, the investment for this project should be minimal.
