    just start using git hub and have some questiions.

    if i upload a project in html, java, c, or php etc.. and if i give the link to some one. i know people can download my project but can they run it without downloading it? reason i ask is that i have create some project and i put the link on my resume.

    if iam working on a project how can i get random people look at my project.

    how can i request that iam looking for some one to work on my project. or join my proejct.

    Github will serve HTML files for you. It's not going to execute your Java, C or PHP code.

    Generally not. You could probably abuse GitHub to make a static website but that's about it.

    If you have a website then host it somewhere. If you have a desktop application then upload screenshots.

    You don't have to abuse it to do that, IIRC serving static pages is a feature they explicitly offer.
