Alternative to Amazon S3
I found an interesting article..
"Amazon Web Services may be the biggest player in infrastructure and application services in the cloud, but Amazon S3 itís not always the most effective developer and storage solution. S3 is built on a simple get/put interface; letting the user upload their files, but without any sort of file and user management. With <another product> for Developers, users can go beyond basic file storage and use the a variety of tools to integrate better file storage and management into applications."
What do you guys think? Is anyone else able to enter the online storage arena while powerhouse Amazon is still there?

S3 has file and user permissions. That was, like, the only argument I saw in there for why to use them instead of S3.
