connecting the dots

I was able to install and test my JSp page with TOMCAT and also got apache installed and running. But after the last step where I add the include in the httpd.conf file, when I start up apache I get the following error 'cannot access ...\tomcat-apache.conf'. And I cannot see any such file created. i am using tomcat 4.1 and apache 1.3 and apache jserv 1.1.1 on WINNT. I did see many questions on this but did not find a resolution. Please help me. ..
