The Fundamentals of DTD Design

One of the most useful articles I've read here in a long time--well dome!

This is a well written and very clear explanation of the construction and use of DTD's, probably the best I've seen. It has good, clear examples, with solutions worked for each one, and the length of the article is about right for easy learning.

The XML file gives an error on the "&" what is the work arround?
