Accommodation Solution

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a resonable solution for a small-scaled accommodation provider. Obviously I know there's a reason only top hotels (who have the large budget) have an online and real-time booking facility. However, instead of a simple online enquiry form... does anyone know of a existing solution whereby the accommodation provider could allow users to book online (integrating with a payment gateway) and select from a number of dates. Obviously this needs to include some sort of calendering system and I would prefer if any solution was php/mysql based.
Considering the range of shopping carts available, is there no such software tailored towards accommodation providers?
Any ideas or experiences welcome. thanks in advance, J

I'm not sure that the Web Design Help forum was the most appropriate forum for this thread - I've moved it to Development Software.
