Any software to understand the content and categorize it?
We receive feedback on our website everyday which we need to read and take action(assign to the team, just mark it as obsolete,
call customer etc)
For example, customer saying
"I am very happy with the sales,thanks" should be categorized as "Complement"
"I am not able to place the order, will never come back " should be categorized as "Checkout problem"
So, understanding the words and the final intent is the key
We need a software which can understand and categorize it. In the beginning we can check if the software is doing the things correctly and if not we can manually edit the wrong categorization which this software should be able to understand
Any existing software to do this
We have rules to define the categorization
