Anyone knows an online large repository of maps?
Hello,
I need some ancient maps for a school project. Anyone can recommend a large online repository of maps, but not something like Google Maps ( with satelite photos ), I'm interested in classic kind of maps only online.

I have seen some hi-res ancient maps at the "USA Library of Congress" website. Also you may find a lot of low resolution images using the google's image search service.

So far I found The Map Archive (URL address blocked: See forum rules) which is not so comprenshive yet but is free and looks like a nice project! I'm still looking.
