Awstats "Update Now" Button Problem

I have been setting up a new virtual server account and everything seems to be working properly including my awstats reports except that I cannot get the "Update Now" button to appear on my stats. I did change the AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=1 in the awstats.conf file but it still doesn't show up. Is there something else that needs to be done to get this button to show up?

Also what do most people prefer? Awstats or Webalyzer?
