Best OTS content management system?

I just recently started yet another webpage, and am re-assessing my options for content management systems. I have no need to develop one from the ground up - I can easily use off the shelf solutions. But the question is, which one(s) are best to use, and why?

Here is what I have the option of using: (that I know of)

Nucleus CMS
PHPNuke
PostNuke
Mambo
Xoops
Joomla

Seems there's plenty of support for all apps listed. My site isn't anything exotic - just lots of content. If there's something else that might be better, I'm open to the suggestions.

Thanks for any and all opinions.

Just try them out. Demos are the best way to make a choice.

I don't have the time or resources to test them all. And quite frankly, I'm just not that knowledgeable...
