Best php javascript IDE

Hi,

I'm looking for some advice for a good IDE that supports code assist and active debugging for at least php and javascript.
html,xml and css would be great.

I like Aptana a lot but I doesn't support php.
It's based on the Eclipse IDE but I can't use the phpeclipse plug-in with it.

Any ideas or suggestions for an IDE?

Zend Studio is very good - but it aint free. It does syntax colour highlighting for all the languages you mention, and is one of the few editors that recognises HEREDOC syntax.

Another nice feature is that it includes support for CVS and Subversion.
