Blog / Image Gallery script?
Hi all,

I need to set up a simple, small site.

The owner of the site wants to be able to do two things:

1) Add small articles to the site, blog fashion.

2) Add photos to a photo gallery.

There are a million and one scripts for this kind of thing, so I figured I would check to see if anyone has any opinions as to which might be best.

I'd prefer to have both the blog and the gallery integrated in a single script. (So that the owner of the site does not have to use two logins.)

I've had a look at drupal and the likes but those applications all seem awfully overkill for my purposes. Really this doesn't need to be anything too advanced. In fact the simpler the better.

Any suggestions as to a good software would be much appreciated.

maybe also have a look at a wiki. Mediawiki is free and used for wikipedia.

Hmm...if he can put the articles in the main page manually this might do the trick:
Anima Gallery (can be found in hotscripts website)
Everything that is needed is to put the images in the web by FTP and thats it lol.
