Blog Network Management with RSS

Hello. I am looking for a tool that will help me add fresh content to many websites. I don't want to just add RSS feeds, but rather have the RSS feeds go into a central repository. I would then like to tag the items that I would like to publish (delete the ones I don't want), and have the ability to write my own summary of it (and then use the link to the original source). Based on those tags, it would appear on the specific website where it belongs (hopefully WordPress). I would guess that something like this exists, but I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks for checking in. No luck finding something like this. I think it's going to be a combination of a few tools and some manual processes.
