"bug tracking" & "feature request" software

Hello,

I'd like your recommendations for choosing a "bug tracking" & "feature request" software, lightweight and in PHP if possible.
I know JIRA and Bugzilla.

I've used trac and JIRA. But I would vote for JIRA. I find it more user friendly and feature rich than trac.

I recommend Issue Tracking Anywhere for you. It exactly meets your requirements. It is a web-based issue tracking system designed for issue/work item tracking, bug/defect tracking, customer support and project management. There is also the online demo of Dynamsoft Issue Tracking Anywhere for you to try.

Thanks.

At my workplace we use Keystone, but we've had to make upgrades and fix it ourselves when it has problems. We're contemplating upgrading to JIRA. I've never seen it, but I've heard good things.
