Exclamation Can i take snapshot from video file to jpeg?

I saw some site, it has that option, they take snapshots from video file to ".jpg" images...
I've searched the web, but no luck =[

Any ideas?

Hi svv, welcome to the forums!

AFAIK you'll need a third-party software to take the snapshots from the movie... if you want it 'controlled' from a webpage you can use the system/exec functions to execute this third party software with some parameters you (or the client browsing your site) can set...

Sorry, don't know any atm...
You could search the web (google) for it with keywords like 'command line console snapshot screenshot movie' or maybe visit sourceforge.net and look if there's some project about something like this over there...
