Cms?

Is there a CMS that I can install on my site. I wan't it to have a place to put a header/footer box then a text box that will convert my regular text to HTML. Then it saves the headers/footers so it has the same ones on every new page I create.

Basically I wan't one that I can just install on my site, go to mydomain.com/CMS or something and click "New Page" and type my content in regular text, it has my header and footer codes saved so all I have to do is tell it where to create the new file and it will do it automatically.

I am not sure if there is a CMS out there. I am completly new to CMS's so I am not too sure about this. If there is one could someone please give me a link.
